General
All commissions are granted for personal use only and are prohibited for profit. Additional charges apply for commercial use.
Turnaround time can be 1-30 days.
i am a digital artist, and my work is entirely digital and does not involve the shipment of physical products.
I reserve the right to reject or cancel a commission for any reason.
Payment is required UP FRONT and before I start on the piece (If full payment is not made within 24 hours of when I inform you of your final price, your commission will be cancelled and your slot will be forfeited).
I do not give refunds, refunds will only be provided if I am the one who cancels the commission
I take payment through Paypal and Cashapp ONLY.
Fees
Commercial Use: If you are using my artwork for commercial purposes it is an additional fee of +100% of the base price
WIPS/Progress checks/Revisions
I will show you the sketch of the work and you must approve it before I continue working. You may also ask for any revisions during this stage.
I only allow up to three (3) revisions to the sketch, but once the final piece is complete, any revisions will be an additional +15% of the base price.
If at any point you wish to see the progress of your piece, I will happily send you a progress check.
Intellectual Property Rights
As the artist, I own the copyright of all of my works and of any work I create for you.
You are free to post the commissions I've made for you as long as credit to me is provided! A mention of any of my socials is greatly appreciated :)
You may not remove my signature/watermark from the artwork.
